We've a team of 65+ highly qualified and trained teaching staff. Our teachers are trained to impart learning to our students aided by various teaching tools & techniques.
We implement best teaching practices and norms to establish benchmarks in quality education.
We encourage our teachers to use various audio / visual aids and to supplement easy learning by flash-cards, charts, posters, figurines, toys, games, models, diagrams, etc.
Making use of Projector-classes and Digi-classes to teach are more of a 'norm' than 'rule'. We've collaborated with HCL and MDV to provide Digital classes to students with Picto-Graphic (3D) mode of delivery.
We encourage our students to make Projects in each subject. We hold Activity-classes every Saturday along with Sport-classes.
Children are provided with Work-sheets and Activity-Modules every day that they have to do as class-work as well as home-work.
Teachers take personal interest in teaching and mentoring students, so as to hone and bring-out their students innate capabilities & talents. Performances of each & every student is carefully recorded in and monitored by 'Students'-Profile' book of each class.
We stress maximum upon 'hands-on' learning in real social set-ups. 'Play-to-Learn and Learn-to-Play' is the driving idea behind it!
We have well qualified staff of 65+ Teaching-members; who have an innate ability to engage young minds in various mind and body stimulating tasks, by understanding their needs and making them understand need of others.
Our Human Resource is outstanding in terms of competence they show in students- and teaching - related matters.
They are receptive to modern practices of teaching and learning and are very student - centric in their approaches.
Top Management is strong proponent of Teachers'-Development, so they also periodically conduct various in-house training programmes and workshops, by bringing in various experts and teachers from Varanasi, Lucknow, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata.
